A. Be easy on yourself. Soul growth is a long process, and I can assure you that I will not complete my Lessons in the allotted time!!!!! The more you love other people, the more you are healed, and the more you heal. Don't worry too much about all the things that are "wrong" with you, or that require healing. When you are with a person and you are providing support to them, simply open your heart with compassion and love. Do what you can. So much of it is allowing the person to see that we are all One: you, them, all of Us. Do what you can, and keep learning. There is no special crystal required, no special process. It's all Love and knowing we are One. —SARA
