When we have passion for something, such as our life’s calling, our life’s work, the expansion of ourselves—the Universe supports us!
Our life becomes enjoyable, meaningful, FUN! When we follow our soul's calling, we are gifted continually with miracles of synchronicity, Divine guidance, and Flow that lead us to our highest possibility. The thing to remember, if you want to live an enjoyable, meaningful, FUN and passionate life, is this: it’s always, always, ALWAYS about answering your soul’s calling. When we listen to the small voice—the mind/ego/personality—we get tripped up with fear, anxiety, shame or whatever negative feeling comes up. The small voice leads us to worrying that we aren’t good enough to live our dreams, or that we can’t do it for some reason. But when we view the situation from soul perspective, we realize that these fears are unfounded! The key to a passionate life is to let go of the small voice, and listen to your soul. It will always lead you where you really want to go If you're not sure what your soul's calling is—ask the Universe for guidance. Much love, SARA P.S. Ready to live passionately? Join me for the 2018 Beyond Words Cruise. It's common to feel edgy, angry, anxious in this world. Some days—especially these days— it feels like nothing is going our way, and everything is a challenge. Yet inner peace by its definition isn’t based on outer events. It’s a way of looking of things, a way of perception. And most importantly: it is a way of understanding our true nature as infinite beings. The core of it is this: • We can begin to create inner peace by connecting to the Universe more often. • We can begin to create inner peace by understanding that we are souls. We can do this is many ways: meditation, prayer, stillness, nature. But the key remains the same: The more often we connect to this beautiful state, frequency or vibration, the more attuned we get to this level of consciousness or understanding. The more infused we are with this frequency, the more we live there all the time. In other words: we experience peace, so we see things more peacefully, so we experience more peace, and so on. What we pay attention to expands… this is the same with spiritual practice. It’s a beautiful snowball effect of peace bringing more peace, and more peace becoming your reality. Which is of course, a very fulfilling way to live. Much love, SARA We are doing it again... sunset redux.
In which we try to watch every single sunset of summer. It's September now, and it's almost over... just a few opportunities left. We did this in 2014, as you may remember in The 60 sunsets of summer. We did it in 205, and in 2016. And this year, it is the same: bliss, bliss and more bliss, as the sun sinks down in the west and calls it another day. Yes, there has been astounding stress this summer: heat and fire, hurricanes and floods, so much suffering for so many. And yet, the sheer beauty of it... In all of this suffering, how can there also be so much bliss? There is the sun, first high in the sky over the river. There is the blaze of color and saturation and glow. There is the sun sliding down till it hangs over the rim of the horizon. And then there is the drop: as the orb slides beneath the earth. A few moments later: the Fahrenheit drops, and night begins its night call: birds, crickets, frogs enter chorus. Last night, the Universe did all over again, perfectly: As the sun dropped, we were listening to Wah! sing "Shiva", and at the moment Wah@ sand "Shiva," the wind picked up and a breeze sang though the trees. So much bliss! I was completely gone. To watch the sunset every night is a spiritual practice. It is a call to meditation, to connection, and to the repeated, insistent cognizance of our place as a human on the earth, and our place as a soul in the Universe. Much love, SARA |
